Terms of Lease

These terms govern the lease of commercial coffee vending equipment from MMH Coffee Vending. By submitting a lease inquiry, you agree to these terms pending formal execution of a lease agreement.
1. Lease Term
All leases are month-to-month unless otherwise specified in your lease agreement. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
2. Equipment & Installation
MMH will deliver and install the leased equipment at the address provided. Installation includes connection to existing water and electrical infrastructure. The lessee is responsible for ensuring access to appropriate 110V/220V electrical outlets and a water line connection where required.
3. Monthly Lease Payment
The monthly lease payment is due on the date specified in your lease agreement. Payments are processed via the payment method on file. Late payments may incur a fee of 5% of the overdue amount.
4. Included Services
All leases include: professional installation, scheduled maintenance and cleaning, all repair labor and parts, and phone/WhatsApp support during business hours. Consumables (beans, milk, chocolate) are provided as an initial supply; ongoing consumable supply may be arranged separately.
5. Equipment Care
The lessee agrees to use the equipment only for its intended purpose, maintain a clean environment around the machine, and report any malfunctions to MMH within 48 hours. The lessee shall not attempt repairs, modifications, or relocation of the equipment without MMH authorization.
6. Damage & Loss
The lessee is responsible for damage to the equipment caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification. In the event of theft or total loss, the lessee may be responsible for the replacement cost of the equipment as specified in the lease agreement.
7. Promotional Offers
Promotional pricing and offers are subject to change. Applied promo codes will be honored for the duration specified at the time of application. MMH reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
8. Termination
Upon termination, the lessee must make the equipment available for pickup within 10 business days. MMH will arrange removal at no additional charge during normal business hours.
9. Limitation of Liability
MMH's total liability under any lease shall not exceed the total lease payments made by the lessee in the 12 months preceding the claim. MMH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
